“the room was damp when we arrived, the tv was only analog and had no channels other then PBS. Lastly breakfast was poorly attended to no fruit, very scimpy amounts of food which led to constantly asking if there was more by 7am. and having to continue to ask for coffee was absurd.”

“A disgusting room with broken mirror, hole in the wall, dead bugs, dirty and outdated. Asked for a new room and was told “that’s what you get if you have a smoking room” I said we didn’t need the smoking room and then had to pay $10 more. ”

“The remote didnt work for the tv, you had to push the power button on the tv itself. Then the volume was not able to be adjusted. The knob for the stove wasnt there and it was impossible to turn by hand, so the kitchen was useless to prepare food. The bathroom wasnt properly cleaned, there was still hair and a bar of soap in the bathtub from the previous guest. This is the first time my stay has been less than awesome, hopefully its just an isolated incident. Tried to speak with the manager……

“The beds were really soft but hurt your back. The pool area had no towels left. Other than that it was a good visit. ”

“All was good except walls thin heard other tv’s in room connected to us, stomping from people up from us. Noise started like after 10 pm the first day and we reported to staff and they took care of it right away but day 2 noise kept going till after 1 am.”

“Property was clean. Parking lot entrance is weird you cut through another hotles parking lot to get to it. Pool was closed for repairs. Elevators were a little scary and would start moving before the door was closed and one of the elevators was broken, no signs saying that. If you want to relax by the bar in the evening just know that they allow children to sit in the lounge area. They had bad water pressure and ended up having to shut off the water at one point for maintenance. Room was nice,……
