Nice staff upon check in, in the restaurant, except the male staff present during check out. He’s rushing and dismissive as I was letting him know that daily credit was not applied on the bill that was emailed early this morning.
The destination/ resort fee was not advertised & was only highlighted upon check in. I am hoping to receive a detailed bill with the daily credit applied in another email as he mentioned.
I booked for a King room but the bed seemed like a queen size. The bed is hard & got sunken. Need new pillows.
HK staff need to check what supplies need to be replenished when requested.
Marriott standard should be upheld at all times!
