“We stayed twice, a week apart, to and from Florida. Clean Room, staff were amazingly friendly and detail oriented (like they gave us the same room on the way back because we had mentioned it was great). BREAKFAST was amazing, and the to-go bags of treats were perfect for the car. Parking is no extra cost, and neither is the EV charger which we used. The only downside is the room doors could really use a good seal to help block the hall noise. ”

“First room we were assigned wasn't cleaned, beds not made, phone didn't work. Second room was clean, but shower needs maintenance as shower head is loose in wall and water was difficult to turn on.”

“If I could give 0 starts I would. Upon arrival the lady at the reception claimed I booked a smoker room and the charged me $20 extra for a non smoker, funny enough there was a person smoking cigarettes all night in front of our room and we had to deal with second hand smoking. Air condition smelled horrible and everything was filthy. Would NEVER stay again”

“Pool was out of order. Shuttle to airport did not start until 5am which was too late for us. ”

“Traveling through the area. Arrived at 7pm, was told the elevator was broken and our room is on third floor. I said I was disabled, no room change. No choice but to like it or find other accommodations. Made it to third floor, and floor was full of kids banging doors all night, and coming and going all night. Terrible experience.”
