excellent location, within easy walking distance of major attractions
The staff was very friendly & just courtesy . They went beyond there duty to make sure or family’s was treated with great service
The staff was absolutely amazing! From check-in to valet - everyone was friendly and attentive! Parking was disappointing - nothing at the hotel but valet and had to use public garage.
Had Room 804 -top floor king studio with side angle view of river- could see container ships coming in to port. Hotel near brick boardwalk to some restaurants on river. Room was modern with usb and lots of plugs, comfortable bed, all down, no foam pillows. No shopping, coffee shops or restaurants ...
I didn’t like that we were unable to park for free. We were charged an additional $30 for valet we ‘had’ to get. That is all.
Staff was great! Hotel was super clean and quite! Lovely view from our room. I can’t wait to come back
The location was perfect and the staff super! Every person we came in contact couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely be back!!
Perfect central location. The staff was incredible. True southern hospitality!
The location was great and the staff was wonderful. Kudos to Carlton for such a warm greeting upon our arrival.
