“The flat is on the 18th floor of a tower block. The entrance to it was an unnumbered corrugated tunnel. After many tries, one person took me to it. I could have been walking around a week and would not have found it. The host did not recognise a photo of an Esso garage to indicate my whereabouts. It is literally yards / metres from the flat. One or both lifts were usually inaccessible; both lifts worked for the first time on day eight of a ten day stay. I informed the host but her answer was to……
