We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks

No Smoking of ANY Kind in House or Garage. If house or garage smells like smoke, you will be charged $500 for Air Scubbers/Ionizers to remove smell
NO Shoes in House. Please leave by inside Front Door Rug or in Garage. The AC Unit is turned off Every year from Oct 1 - Memorial Day.
