“We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything, and yet with dedicated parking and a nice private outdoor area. We love quirky old townhouses like this, and it was in excellent condition with all the modern amenities, plus the hosts have a very nice sense of style that we appreciated. We wouln't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to family and friends.”

“Unfortunately, the grounds were very dirty and our room was less than clean as well. Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. They were all booked so we couldn't change rooms. They gave us a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves. Additionally, a woman knocked on our door around 10am the day of check out asking when we'd be checking out and i told her close to 11. She stated we needed……

“This house was perfect for our trip. We were on vacation exploring DC and didnt not want to stay directly in the city so we picked Frederick. This house was clean, beds were comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. It was within walking distance of downtown where there was a wide variety of shops and dining locations. 10/10 would recommend/stay again.”

“We were in the area visiting my sister in Frederick, but also had family members from PA & VA visiting, so this was a great house and yard for family gatherings. Very clean and comfortable. And the hostess, Heather, was quick to reply to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. My only friendly critique is to raise the "Guest Room" sign for the room at the top of the stairs, next to the bathroom. I can't tell you how many times my wife & I bumped our heads on it. “This is a spacious, beautiful house that was perfect for our 9-person extended-family group. Big rooms gave us several options for gathering as a group, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for a group our size. There’s an apartment in the basement that gave the two of us who stayed down there lots of privacy and quiet when we wanted. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well supplied for cooking.A mini-pool/table tennis/foosball table kept our younger……
