Terrace and swimming pool:
Apartment with swimming pool and terrace in Conil
Within the tranquil Rio Salado development, north of Conil, this accommodation has 3 bedrooms, a communal swimming pool and private terrace. It is the perfect place for those looking to rent far from the noisy city centre.
Decoration
Decorated in a colonial style, parquet flooring and fashionable decorating details.
Distribution
Living/dining areaLarge living area with access to the terrace, perfectly furnished with sofa, armchair, coffee table, tv and dining table with chairs.
KitchenStylish kitchen fitted with the most modern appliances: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. There is plenty of storage space, cooking utensils and kitchenware to cook a home made meal. The kitchen leads to a terrace with table and chairs, perfect to relax with the stunning views.
BedroomsThe holiday house is featured with three bedrooms; one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with twin beds each. All bedrooms are featured with a built-in wardrobe. Linen is provided.
Bathrooms3 large bathrooms, one in the sleeping area with bathtub with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, a second one en-suite in the master bedroom fitted with washbasin, WC and shower, a third bathroom on the lower floor fitted with washbasin, WC and shower. Towels are provided.
Terrace2 terraces, 1 on the gound floor accessible from the kitchen and the living room, furnished with table and chairs. There is a second terrace on the upper floor accessible from the master bedroom, and also a roof terrace. They are overlooking the communal pool.
Swimming poolThe accommodation is featured with a communal pool located at the end of the development. It is surrounded by a grass garden and totally fenced for added security. The pool is open from the 14th june to the 30th september
ParkingNear the house there is parking space.
Surroundings
The accommodation is located in the quiet Río Salado residential area, north of Conil, surrounded by a green zone close to Cádiz-Málaga road and the exit towards El Palmar beach. Conil city centre and Los Bateles beach are 1500 metres away, therefore to use the car is reccommended.
