We love staying here and always do when in Susanville. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed is super comfortable. Bkf lady is fantastic. Thank you n appreciated.
Breakfast lady, Emily is excellent. Pleasant, nice, friendly n helpful, hard working. We arrived pass 9am, which is the closing time, she sincerely offer we sit down n enjoy bkf. Hot water is running out, she initiate to go get more without we ask.
