"To start with some positives, the local area is stunning/the local village is lovely. The countryside views are breathtaking. The property itself is very tired/outdated and there were lots of issues that were not straight forward. For example, the Vrbo listing does not mention about having to pay extra for bed sheets / towels but the owner tried to get us to pay for this. "We were a group of 3 families who have been holidaying together for years. We found the house to be comfortably furnished throughout and the intended addition of airconditioning will be a great bonus. The smaller sofa bed room especially would benefit from this and the rooms closest to the road as there is quite a bit of traffic noise with the windows open. "Le Mas in Aups is a fabulous house for several families. Spacious (11 persons) and cool with a splendid view over the landscape. Sitting outside is very relaxing, we enjoyed the silence. For the children there is a huge swimming pool and material for several sport activities. Fantastic."
