“Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this.”

Faute d'entretien sur les centaines de chambres théoriques de l'hotel seules une dizaine sont encore opérationnelles, les autres sont souvent condamnées ouvertes aux 4 vents. Longues périodes sans électricité, eau, WIFI. Je ne pouvais même plus rentré dans ma chambre. L’hôtel ayant de grosse dettes vis à vis de l'entreprise nationale d'électricité, il tourne (quand il tourne) uniquement sur générateur diesel, pas……
