Located on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony and a shared garden of about 500 m². Wifi, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A sunny living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. \- An equipped kitchen refurbished in 2022 with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... \- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). \- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside : \- A balcony of 3/3 m with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Common space in the residence : \- A shared garden with a playground for children in the condominium. \- Secure parking within the limits of available spaces. The neighborhood: The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
