The house was exactly as described: charming, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—right by the lake and walking path, with great local food options just around the corner. “The house, as depicted on the internet, arrived from California on a one-week business trip. Consequently, I sought accommodation. However, the property’s cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The shower exhibited scum, spider webs were prevalent, and the floor was unkempt. Notably, I observed a few ants, which I promptly eliminated using the cleaning products left behind. Unfortunately, this action resulted in the clogging of the sink. Fortunately, the owner responded promptly and had the issue……

“Horrible!!!! This house is disgusting. We refused to sleep in this house or sit down any of our luggage in fear of what we might bring back home with us. Bugs in the beds... body hair in the beds.... dirt everywhere. The house smells. The carpet is stained across the entire house. Every single picture is misleading and has been altered. I am pretty sure this house is about to fall down.... The exterior is misleading as well. The siding is about to fall off the house and the paint is pealing off.……
