The hotel was for a conference, the venue was clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room i had was dated but exceptionally clean. The view from my window was of the back of the hotel, which was a run down street area.
Easy walk to the harbour . Amenities outside the Hotel were a 10 min walk.
The hitel has amasing sea views if you are lucky to get the room with the views.

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

One bathroom is inadequate for 7 people.
Curtains falling off in bedroom.
Only 6 chairs at dining table.
Very small and inadequate living area for 7 people.
No dishcloth in kitchen.
