Sheets didn’t fit the bed and we had to constantly pull them back on. Beds way too small. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It was a dismal experience.”

“The night manager was hostile when I had trouble opening my door. The key card had to be held a special way to get the door to open. I was tired, and had trouble managing the stairs and she was hostile and agrumentative about staying to vericy I (not she) could open the door. I arrived having to use the bathroom, and there were no facilities available until you checked in. That caused me a lot of physical discomfort. A fist gouge was in the bathroom door, and the shower curtain did not keep……
