"The property was more impressive in person than the photos could depict. It's in a beautiful location on a peaceful finger of the lake, protected from the wind and chop on the larger part of the lake. Our group was three couples of old friends who stayed in the home during a holiday weekend. It was so nice sitting on the covered back patio enjoying the lake view and the sound of families playing and laughing together. If I didn't want a lake house before, I certainly do now! The living room was spacious and provided a great place for old friends to catch up. We didn't have an opportunity to use the kayaks, but the dock was a great place to spend a morning or evening fishing and taking in the peaceful environment. (Not that I caught anything...) The kitchen and dining area had everything we needed to make and enjoy great meals together, and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The home was very clean and well kept. It rained almost 3" during the first day of our visit, and there was a little leak down the inside of one window in the master. When I notified the owner, she was quick to respond and thanked me for telling her. The leak posed no issue to our stay, I was more worried about damage to the home. I mention it because I was so impressed with the owner's very positive response and concern for our stay. If I can find another time when we're all available I'll certainly return for another reunion. I highly recommend for couples and families!"

"The property was fantastic. It rained quite a bit while we were there, but we had tons to do inside. It is very well kept up and it was obvious that a lot of thought went into creating an enjoyable experience for the guests. We would gladly stay again in the future. "

"Nice, quite lake house in a very peaceful neighborhood. The lake views from the boat house deck were awesome. Our whole group caught fish right off the deck. Great fenced in yard for the dog to run around. Plenty of water activities for the youngsters. The main house was fantastic. The guest house had plenty of space but it lacked a sink, microwave or central AC. We did have a window unit and the guest house stayed cool. Overall it was a great weekend lake spot. Perfect for active groups."

"Nice location, close to stores and gas stations but not too close. The price was reasonable. The pillows were too soft for us. Had to buy firmer pillows at the Dollar Store a little further into town. Overall, we would stay here again."
