“Very quiet and peaceful. The interior was clean and updated. Nice living room with 3 love seats, which I think are also pull-out beds? And there is a card table with sturdy comfortable chairs that can seat maybe 6 people. There is a small, but very nice kitchen. Two bathrooms, each attached to its own bathroom, with the bathrooms also having a second door opening to the living room for convenience. Beds were comfortable, but just note for guests who are bigger or have mobility issues, the beds……

“We came to be on the lake and close to a bar. This place didn’t let us down! We stayed over the weekend so we were able to sit on our porch and listen to the band at Captain Ron’s.”

“For our honeymoon, my wife and I had a Mon-Fri 4 night stay in what the resort calls cabin 5, Expedia calls the design cabin. Just a couple of tiny details prevented us from rating 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10. Positives: Incredible view of the lake from the cabin patio. Nice access to the water with a dock and little sandy beach. Pool and hot tubs are top notch and close walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, we have back trouble and are very picky about bed firmness and comfort. Nicely……

“My 4 star rating rather than 5 is more to the property management rather than the host.The property was great overall with a wonderful view of the water and great outdoor seating. Very clean. My only recommendations would be to replace the recliner which is pretty broken down and update some of the kitchen ware. I have rented many houses and this was probably the worse collection of pans I have seen. Thrift store purchases would improve it considerably! And a few regular drinking glasses.To……
