Across the road is the Diving Centre (Giant Squid Diving) in Puerto de la Esperanza, which you can see from the balcony. There is a well equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious delicacies for your family or friends. The living room offers a seating area ideal for 4 people, a TV, and Wifi. Interestingly, the mattresses of all the beds have been recently updated and put new, to ensure a good rest during your stay. This accommodation also offers a parking space and a roof terrace (not private); in short, it is the ideal place to end your holiday in peace and quiet. A security deposit of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
