This expansive property boasts four luxuriously appointed bedrooms, two pristine bathrooms. Wake up to the amazing ocean views from the main bedroom. Each bedroom spells tranquility and comfort, equipped with high-quality linen and offering sumptuous sleeping arrangements.

Enter a world of rustic elegance as you step inside 'The 'Castle'. Discover diverse entertainment options, from exploring a rich collection of books and board games to enjoying your favorite Netflix shows on smart TVs. How about the two games rooms with Ping Pong and Fuse ball tables The family will have so much fun.

The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue area are gastronomic delights, while a bubbling bath, handheld shower, and a generous provision of toiletries come as a luxurious bonus to the property. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property has a fully fenced front garden - rear garden unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in Main Living Room, 2nd Living Room, Bedroom 1 and Dining Room.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
