Newly Remodeled Estate Directly on the Calm Caribbean w/Pool, Views

Welcome to Tranquilville! This property has just been completely remodeled (fall of 2025). It features direct access to the calm turquoise Caribbean, a few steps down from the back yard. Tranquilville also has a private sea-front plunge pool, 10 x 16 feet. There are sweeping ocean and sunset views from throughout the property.

Located on .6 acres of land on The Ridge, in Current, North Eleuthera, this 4-bedroom property consists of two structures:

The Main House (3 bedrooms, 2 baths)
The Guest Cottage (1 bedroom, 1 bath).

The 4000 square foot Main House features a modern fully equipped kitchen with ocean views and a peninsula with extra seating. The kitchen opens onto the spacious ocean-view great room. The dining area has seating for six. The living area, which also enjoys sweeping ocean views through a wall of glass, has three sofas including a queen-sized sleeper.

The great room opens through sliding glass doors onto a vast oceanfront patio. The patio is furnished with 2 three-person porch swings, an outdoor dining area with seating for six, and extra chairs and umbrellas for enjoying our stunning view of Bahamian turquoise waters.

The Main House features a master bedroom suite with a king bed and an en-suite full bath. This room has a sliding door which opens onto its own private patio overlooking the seas. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom and are furnished with queen beds.

The Guest Cottage is located 30 feet from the Main House and enjoys the same spectacular ocean views. It is a complete one-bedroom house. The modern island kitchen has seating for 4 and is fully equipped. The living area looks at the sea through a wall of large windows and glass doors. It is furnished with two sofas, including a queen sofa bed. It opens through French doors onto a large sea-front porch furnished with Adirondack chairs. The ocean-view bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bath.

Amenities at Tranquilville include air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, fast Starlink internet, full-property back-up generator, and two sets of washer/dryers and two 5-gallon water bottle electric pump dispensers (one in the main house and one in the guest cottage). Outdoor amenities include a kayak, a paddle board, and a gas grill.

North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) with flights from Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale, is just 10 minutes from the property by car. The town of Lower Bogue, just 5 minutes away, has several restaurants and a grocery store. There is a supermarket 10 minutes away in the town of Bluff. A 15 minute drive takes you to Gregory Town, home of the The Cove, a four-star resort with an excellent restaurant and sushi bar. Harbour Island, with its famous restaurants and excellent shopping, is a 10-minute drive plus a 5-minute water-taxi ride. Other popular attractions nearby include the Sapphire Hole, Preacher's Cave, the Glass Window Bridge, the Queen's Baths, and Spanish Wells.

NOTE: The owners of Tranquilville have a separate structure on the property that they use occasionally for themselves. If you need help with anything, they can assist you, but if you want privacy, you will not see them at all.
