I would NOT stay here again, simply not worth the pain. Very poor customer service, poor management and being short staffed made my stay far less than enjoyable. I arrived with my family on a Monday evening after 5pm, and there was a long line up of guests waiting to check-in (which continued throughout the evening), with only one host at the front desk for this hotel of over 200 rooms! The host also had to deal with other issues from other patrons, making the wait take even longer to check-in. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was checked in and given a dirty, uncleaned room! How infuriating!! (read other reviews, this is not a one-off) With not much concern for what happened, the host then provided a room different from the one I booked. They definitely weren't full, but as a result of the poor management and being short staffed, many rooms we walked by had the doors still opened and were not yet cleaned by 6pm when we got to our room. Besides being understaffed and poor customer service, the uncleanliness of the halls, lack of towels at the pool and questionable safety at the facility made me seriously question the management of this hotel. It is a real shame as this is a decently updated hotel, and could become a great place to stay if managed properly. Until then, I'd advise going elsewhere if you want an enjoyable nights stay.

The O’Haire Inn is a quirky historical gem. The hotel has undergone renovations to update the rooms while maintaining its original charm. We enjoyed beverages at the connected Sip n’ Dip and loved being able to walk to our room. We also took advantage of the morning breakfast at the connected Clark and Lewie’s restaurant and enjoyed the hot meal. The property was clean, quiet and safe and located in the downtown area with other restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our time there, the take home rubber duckie and would recommend a stay there to you!

We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to help at all to change the location of rental car or anything. Just an fyi if using 3rd party apps
