You're spoiled for sightseeing choice when spending time in Kotoura. Daisen Falls is an ideal place to kick off here, but there are plenty of other interesting attractions to experience. Daisen-Oki National Park, Daisenji Temple, and Okudaisen Ski Area are not far from the cascade of water and will fill in your day nicely.
