"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"

"Excellent service, excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, especially the concierge, Odette Pan. She arranged a private art tour of the art located around the hotel’s premises for me and explained the hotel’s history and design. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to Nanjing!"
