Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "Has a secluded private beach. Were a young couple and took 30 minutes walk to saranda promenade- quite a up hill walk and has alot of character because of residents nearby and cemetery. We always passed a black labrador dog who is really friendly and polite. The room isn’t that modern but has everything you need: Aircon, Smart TV: Netflix/Youtube. The shower pressure is also great. One tip is if you don’t want them to clean your room, tell them directly. We had the DND sign but they still did it...

"Great location, walking distance to the Corfu boats, nice hotel, nice view of the town / water / harbor, very nice and helpful staff, but, after asking them twice to fix the safe nothing happened. Nor was the front desk staffed all the time during daylight hours. To have to go to the restaurant and ask for help to check in and to fix a non workable key gets old very fast!! Railings by all stairs is a must for people that might have problems walking up and down stairs. You have to use stairs to get to the restaurant, not very good planning! "
