Located in a quiet area and surrounded by nature, it offers all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped American kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and a cosy living room with satellite TV. Additionally, it has air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms, as well as central heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year. Outside, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful private garden with garden furniture, a terrace and an 8x4 metre private swimming pool. The villa also has a private garage with capacity for 1 vehicle and a parking area with capacity for 3\. The location is ideal, just 2.5 km from the sandy beach of Marineta Casiana and 4 km from the rocky beach of Las Rotas. Additionally, it is located close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and the city centre of Denia. The Montgó Natural Park and La Sella golf course are also just a few minutes by car. This accommodation is perfect for families, couples, and friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a natural and peaceful environment, but with easy access to all amenities.
