Just a one minute walk from Denmark CBD, Koolbardi Cottage is a 50's 3 bedroom cottage lovingly restored with recycled materials to retain its classic rustic charm & homely appeal.

Take an early stroll along the river, freshly brewed coffee on your way home, lunch on the deck, and dinner inside by a roaring fire. Fish & chips, the best pizza you've ever tasted and cafes & bakeries at your fingertips.

The centre of Denmark town is an easy 3 minute walk downhill. Perfect for a family holiday, trip with friends or a romantic retreat.

Koolbardi makes a great destination to explore the Great Southern region & all it has to offer in regards to wineries, restaurants, great walk tracks, bike trails & beaches. Or retreat indoors in front of the fire & read books, play games whilst sipping on a lovely local wine.
