“Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. "The room is quite clean (perhaps except the carpet, bring slippers). Right across the Piccadilly Garden and transportation. Excellent location and close to Piccadilly Station and the city centre. Overall very satisfactory. "

"Good: many restaurants and some groceries stores nearby. Check in: the lady came out and open the entrance door with warm welcome. Fast check in. Room: spacious, there is an extra heater in the room. Quiet around the hotel area. Breakfast: average, good enough. Bad: WIFI: slow, some times, it didn't have signal and wait for a while to have a signal again. Reception: there were no any staff for a while as I was standing for a help. It happened more than once. Bedsheet: there was a hair and some marks, which were not clean enough. TV: no guideline which channels are those. I have to keep enter the numbers in order to look for news channels. I couldn't finally, so I went down to ask the reception for help. The lady was patient to help."
