“The home is very run down and so sad to see as it could be absolutely charming. Definitely overpriced and I was disappointed overall. Furniture is in keeping with the period but highly uncomfortable to relax on. Bedrooms are layed out consecutively- you have to walk through bedrooms 1&2 to reach bedroom three. Debris/dirt on dishes in the cabinet and coffee cups on the shelf. Felt unclean/unused for sometime. Kitchen sink backed up when tried to wash dishes the first time. Lighting is……

“This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

“The carbon monoxide and smoke detector info kept an alarm beeping constantly. We asked to have it checked in the morning. There was no response until the evening. By then we got separate hotel arrangements. There was no follow up to us that service had been done. We checked the next day. The alarm kept beeping because the smoke alarm was removed. We had given up by then. This experience resulted in the cost of additional accommodations.”

“Older property a bit run down. Biggest problem is the smell when opening the front door. Couch has stains and perhaps is part of the smell reason. King bed was good. Remote for bedroom is broken without batteries. Quiet area and very convenient for downtown Alexandria.”
