“A horrible experience. The room and bathroom were very dirty. There were spiders and small cockroaches, and the room smelled strongly of dampness and stale cigarette smoke. The actual condition of the room was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The only positive thing about my stay was the receptionist, who was friendly and welcoming when I arrived.”
