“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. “The rooms were clean upon arrival, just keep in mind that they do not clean the rooms every day. I arrived on a Thursday night and our rooms didn't get cleaned until Sunday, but when I requested it at the front desk, they cleaned the next day and additional supplies can be requested at any time. The breakfast was good, basic but enough to get the day started. They do replenish often and they have a 24/7 coffee and tea bar which is a plus. We do not speak German but most of the staff there……
