“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“My wife and I visited in the summer. It’s a great location if you’re like us and enjoy leaving the car parked after exploring the parks etc. It was pretty clean; for sure the floors need a thorough mopping. Everything else was good. Excellent sized condo, good layout etc.”

“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place……

“Clean room. Helpful staff. Kitchen was big with plenty of space.”

“Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect……

“Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”
