“Beautiful and clean property, generously appointed with everything you could need for a home away from home stay. We have given the maximum rating to most categories but pulled back a star because although our stay was for 4 days we only received one towel each. The agent said this was normal regardless of how many days were booked but did offer to drop another towel each , we made do with what we had. We rate this accomodation nine(9) out of ten. ”

“ A Comforting Stay Near Orange Hospital Our recent stay at The Black & White Room at The Elm Apartments: from Saturday, May 24th to Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, provided immense comfort during an already stressful trip. With my father in Orange Hospital, the Elm apartment's were the ideal location . It was truly a relief to have such a lovely place to rest and recharge. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we'll definitely be booking again in the near future. We were also pleasantly surprised……

“Very conveniently located close to the centre of town. We were able to walk to the main shopping area.Unit was clean and the facilities were as expected. The bed was very comfortable.We did mention to the owners that there needs to be more towel rails in the bathroom and the split system needs attention as it was barely doing the job.If we ever return to Orange, we would be more than happy to stay here again.”

“Great location - an excellent base for exploring the area. Communication from host was prompt and helpful.We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot with good water pressure. We didn't really do any cooking because we visited with family and ate out a lot (and there are so many options for that in Orange!), but we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge areas after a big day, enjoying a local wine. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Immaculate and well appointed unit. It had everything I needed including a washer and dryer. The villa has lots of large windows in the living area allowing in lots of natural light. The bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Undercover parking with overhead lights, and few steps to the front door was very convenient. I was very comfortable here and highly recommend this villa. ”

“The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location, near Cook Park. We were warm despite the cold early Spring nights. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a 7kW AC EV charger, which we would have happily paid to use. ”
