“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying……

The mattress was soooo comfortable and that’s real important to me. Coupons for the deli with the best sandwiches ever! The host was very nice and accommodated us for an earlier check in. I highly recommend this property!”

“Amazing location. The beds were comfortable and was enough space for our family. Would definitely stay again. Joseph was very accommodating and easy to work with. ”

“We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”
