"Wonderful house with tons of amenities!! The game room was such a blessing, not to mention the dock! My family had the best time fishing, swimming, boating, and playing games. We will definitely be visiting again!!"
"This property was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for our family of 18. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the sleeping arrangements worked out great. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The extra fridge downstairs and the two laundry rooms were especially helpful for a group our size. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!"
"The location & availability of a boat slip were the primary reasons this property was selected. The unit is old & needs updates, which was expected based on previous stays at a nearby/similar property...but the unit was not cleaned well. Mold in the shower, coffee pot had molded filter/coffee still in it, & a very run-down/not maintained feel about the place. I would stay here again, but please make some improvements & have it cleaned better in the future."
"Though we had rain through most of our trip, it was made better by this amazing house! A few separate families joined us, and the layout was ideal for our purposes. We could shoo the dear children to the downstairs living airea where they could play and be noisy and access the outdoors just fine! There was one small step to access the main floor, kitchen, utility room, dining area, living room, and large deck - this was what we needed for the older members of our party. The parking was ideal as well - we were able to swing down the circular drive to drop off our things and then drive back up to park. As stated, the younger kids stayed downstairs and had their own microwave, sink, frig, and coffee pot - as well as a large bathroom, tub/shower combo, and two additional bedrooms! There was also a deck and plenty of seating inside and out at this level. The third floor had room to sleep another group, a full bathroom with shower, and a small balcony facing the street (where there was room enough to sit and enjoy coffee solo - a true gift! Ha!).In the few dry hours, we were able to relax by the water and watch the fog roll in. We got our steps in walking from floor to floor as there were plenty of staircases, but our older relatives made it fine with everything they needed on the main floor. What a perfect vacation spot!! Thanks so much to Brad for your hospitality and care during our stormy stay."
"Stunning view and great impression as soon as you open the front door. Plenty of room for a family of 11. Loved the outdoor space…the fireplace was wonderful for a rainy week. Kitchen had lots of equipment for pulling together a Christmas meal. But, you have to go a ways for groceries. The local places aren’t great. "

"We loved our stay! There is a key pad to get in. The managers live only 5 minutes away so they can zip over quickly if there are any problems.
The home is spacious with plenty of room for multiple families. The couches are fold out beds in addition to the 4 bedrooms and one extra space. The beds are very comfortable too. We enjoyed the deck with the ping pong and other games as well. The kitchen is well stocked with large and small plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots and pans, spatulas and measuring cups. They also have a toaster, blender, and instapot. There is a gate in the big yard that leads to the lake which is through the parking lot.
We found a ton to do in nearby Heber Springs. A hike up Sugar loaf mountain was one of our favorites as well as the dam visitors center and hike and bridal veil falls. Each hike was a little challenging so best not for really young children or those with health issues.
We will always cherish our stay and would definitely stay here again!
