Located just 4 km from general stores and restaurants, this home also provides easy access to a tennis court and a golf course for those wanting to stay active. The nearby lake, 27 km away, is perfect for family picnics and outdoor fun. Inside, a large kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, ideal for preparing meals. Indoor heating ensures comfort year-round, and the property includes a high chair and children’s bed for the little ones. The terrace’s barbecue invites you to cook and dine alfresco. Please note, pets are not allowed.
