“Beautiful village layout relaxing with beautiful views. Unfortunately staff was not knowledgable of lunch and dinner schedules. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and lunch is over at 2:30, dinner starts at 6:30 . So I had to wait over three hours to eat . It was a Buffett and the food was bare minimum quality. The closest restaurants are driving distance so you are stuck unless you get a taxi or drive. I paid for all inclusive food and was greatly disappointed. I hope they upgrade there food selections.……

“I arrived with my 3 year old son and had booked a beachfront room. There was nobody at the property and no instructions how to check in. The Expedia email said to call them, but there was no answer.
