Our stay was everything we expected and then some. The rooms were clean, the living area was cozy, multiple thermostats if you wanna different temps per room, and they left us lots of complimentary snacks and useful items! The location is perfect. It's next to the lake, close to everything in Dillon, and it serves as a great hub to reach multiple mountains. The hot tub / pool area was wonderful and it includes a sauna you can turn on. Parking was easy, taking out trash is just in the garage down some stairs, and communication was good. Spacious property would recommend and stay again. Only 2 issues, one it was on the 3rd floor so it was a bit of a walk up and down stairs (but that is my issue more then the rentals) and 2 the shower wasn't draining well and I fixed that by removing the huge wad of hair from the drain. Meanwhile, we had to set the thermostat for the foyer/coat hook area on the low side to avoid melting the shoes we had placed under the bench. Also, the place could use a good deep cleaning; lots of dust and crud accumulated in the corners of the main bedroom (didn’t use the other BR, so not sure what that one is like). Fully stocked kitchen & lots of extra towels & linens. The teenagers had their own space in the 2nd bedroom. My youngest slept in the twin bed in the master and my 9yr old slept on the sofa (he loved it!). The condo is on the 3rd level and there is no elevator so be prepared to climb some stairs. The covered parking was nice especially because it did snow while we were there. The condo is very close to restaurants and the grocery store as well as the main highways, which made getting from place to place a breeze. We love coming to Dillon in the winter and would stay at this condo again. Started coming to Colorado for skiing a couple years ago with a group, first time going to Dillon and we will for sure be back.
