"The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation."

"WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. ..."

"Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview.
