For great shopping and dining, visit Doha Festival City. The very large mall has hundreds of retail options including clothing, sporting goods, jewelry, home furnishings, groceries and much more. Fashion options range from the latest in swimwear, maternity and kids’ clothes, accessories and luxury brands to Arabian abayas and sheilas.
The 100-acre (40-hectare) mall has two food courts as well as other standalone restaurants and cafés. Have a meal, snacks, drinks or sweet treats at the more than 100 dining establishments. Well-known international chains, fast-food restaurants and global cuisine serve appetites any time during the day, from breakfast to late-night hunger attacks.
Entertainment is a big part of the mall as well. Relax away from the sun while watching a film at the air-conditioned 4-D movie theater. Play virtual reality games at the VirtuocityTM digital gaming hub. Have fun at the indoor and outdoor parts of Angry Birds World, an amazing theme park geared for very young to older kids and adults.
On cooler days the Outdoor Leisure Trail is a great spot for walking and biking. For ultra-cool activities, put on a jacket and mittens to play at the Snow Dunes facility with slides, rides and real snow.

Drive to Doha Festival City in the Umm Salal Mohammad neighborhood in about 35 minutes from Hamad International Airport or about 25 minutes from Downtown Doha. The mall is generally open from mid morning to late evening, with closure for the midday period on Friday. Self-parking and valet parking options are available. The mall is so large that in-mall taxis are available to shuttle guests from place to place.
