5 km from St Pompon (shops) and 12 km from Belvès, this house is attached to the owner's house in a derelict farmhouse. Raised ground floor (12 steps): Living room with kitchenette and lounge area with internet connection, reversible air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. 4 bedrooms: 4 double beds. Bathroom. Shower room. Separate toilet. Electric heating. 400 m² unfenced grounds with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, swing, and sandbox. Fan.
The washing machine is located in a small outdoor room at the bottom of the steps.
No linens provided. Towels: €8/person/change. Sheets: €15/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning: €35. Baby equipment: 1 crib, 1 high chair. Former attic converted into a gîte located in the countryside, 30 km from Sarlat (a medieval town with an exceptional heritage), on the edge of meadows and woods. Approximately 250 m from the gîte, 3 private fishing ponds are accessible on foot. Marked hiking and mountain biking trails are available on site. Near the Route des Bastides, charming fortified villages that played an important role during the Hundred Years' War (Belvès, Villefranche du Périgord, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord, Domme, Fonroque, Lalinde, Molières, Eymet, not to mention the many sites of the Dordogne Valley 18 km away (castles, villages, gardens, etc.).
