They need to work more about the customer service and the cleaning. My room was not that clean ...still there is dust and bread crumbs .

It was a nice appartment, spacious, clean and confortable.
Its a dhame the full kitchen had no accessories whatsover, so the kitchen was usless.

Lovely historic former palace in the Medina. Very convenient to walk to the sites in the Medina. Helpful staff. Note, short walk from where a taxi can drop you or where you can park. Decent breakfast.
