We only stayed for the night but it was like home away from home-- would highly recommend if you're looking for a personal, comfortable, and cozy stay just outside of Hobart. 10/10, hope to come back here one day!"

"We have stayed in this property before and love its proximity to the beach and family. It is roomy and comfortable. It appears the property has experienced some wear-and-tear since our previous stay (e.g. the carpets could benefit from a steam-clean and the bathroom sink didn’t have a strainer, so I was in constant fear of losing my earrings!), but is otherwise fantastic."
"I loved staying at this charming cottage, an easy walk to the beach, cafes, a Japanese fabric shop. The kitchen was pretty well-kitted out which is great because my grown-up children and I all like to cook.Would thoroughly recommend it; and the hosts couldn't have been more friendly. "Spent 10 days at 16 Blue and loved every minute of it.
Cute, compact little cottage, very private with a beautiful garden. 10 out of 10 for our hosts, Judith and Chris, in providing the personal touches that make a property special. It was a lovely haven to return home to after a day of exploring.
Blackmans Bay Beach is beautiful, as is the next bay across, Boronia Beach, both within easy walking distance.
