We were disappointed to find that the à la carte restaurants were closed for the duration of our 5-day stay, with only one available option for one of the days. This was not communicated to us in advance, which significantly affected our overall experience. Additionally, the hot tub was out of service throughout our visit.
More concerning were the instances of roaches—three found in our room and another near the buffet area. While we understand that humidity can contribute to this issue, it raises concerns about cleanliness and maintenance standards.
On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and courteous, which we appreciated. However, the lack of transparency regarding amenities and the presence of pests made this stay fall short of our expectations. We were told more is offered on the weekend but we were there during the week.
