“The property benefits from a fantastic view across Brixham harbour which bustles all day. I personally loved watching the comings and goings from the large upper deck with a coffee or glass of wine.As has been said on many other reviews, the property is laid out over 4 floors and the stairs are quite steep. So if you have mobility problems it may be challenging to reach upper bedrooms. There are however twin and double bedrooms on the ground floor which should help mitigate the impact of too……

“Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. “We booked as a group of friends wanting a relaxing weekend. The house was perfect for us, 6 large bedrooms all en-suite, games room and well equipped kitchen. We were greeted with a beautiful freshly made cake and bottle of fizz. Only 5 minutes drive to Tesco. The hosts were extremely helpful We couldn’t asked for more, perfect for families or groups of friends. I even got a cuddle with one of the hosts cats We walked to the local pub and can Also recommend a walk along Tiverton canal ”
