"Aparcamiento incluido al exterior consiste en dejarlo en la calle a 50 o 100 metros de la puerta del hotel, y tienes que ir arrastrando la maleta por adoquines. La recepción está en la planta 3 y no hay ascensor, hay que subir las maletas por escalera mecánica. En la habitación no hay ninguna bebida en el mueble bar, ni siquiera agua de cortesía. En recepción y en restaurante no hay ninguna persona que entienda el español. Aunque parezca mentira, el hotel se vende como de cuatro estrellas y media, y pagas más de 300 euros por noche desayuno incluido. La cama es cómoda y duermes bien, pero te vas con la sensación de que te han tomado el pelo."
