"Friendly staff, good location and spacious rooms. We will be back. Bisbald! "

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

"All fine"

"A bit old but staff was helpful and a wonderful pool."

"Good breakfast with nice selection. Free spa is a welcome feature. Great walking area. Staff were friendly and helpful for English speakers. Hotel is older but was still a pleasant stay. "

The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. "Nice room, good food, friendly staff, reasonably priced. All in all I would recommend to others and I would stay again. "

"Such a wonderful and memorable stay. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even went out of their way to personally introduce themselves. Breakfast was phenomenal, with tables thoughtfully reserved for us. Their warmth and genuine hospitality meant so much. We will absolutely return!"

"Es hat soweit alles gepasst, leider gibt es in Fußnähe kein Restaurant."

"Nice clean hotel. Good room. Just the restaurant (buffet) let it down. Not a lover of buffet and nothing else close but for food "
