Located in Fourth Street, Eildon is this spacious 4 bedroom holiday home.

Comprising of 2 bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one bathroom has a bath, which is ideal for 2 families!

4 bedrooms with 2 x Queen Beds, 1 x Single bunk beds and 1 x single bunk with double bed to accommodate for 10 people. Some bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning in living. All bedrooms have electric heating.

Property features include TV, WIFI available, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and large carport.

Located just opposite park and children's playground, walking distance to Eildon shopping village, local swimming pool and Goulburn River.
5 minutes to boat ramp.

Please note the following:
• Doonas/pillows/tea towels/bath mats are provided; however, guests must provide their own doona & pillow covers, sheets and towels. (BYO)
• The minimum stay is 2 nights & 3 nights for any long weekend/public holidays.

We understand pets are part of the family, however they are not to be left unattended, either inside or outside at any time during your stay. This is to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Good peaceful location , lots of interesting places to visit in 30mts drive, beautiful country side.

Enjoyed the cosy house , nicely heated in this cold weather.The kitchen facilities and utensils were quite adequate. Two half rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for four days was quite inadequate. Even a few bags of tea/ coffee could have added value.

Absolutely loved our relaxing stay away from bustling roads and close to some beautiful hikes. Also had a great time with our darts tournament out the back.

A slice of paradise

Had to take all our own linen for beds, towels etc. Doonas unusable as so thin and dirty.

Check in was just a lick box, so that's easy. All kitchen facilities included. Minimal supplies. Only a few t bags, coffee pods. NO milk. The lounge room was comfortable. Tv ok.
Dirt under 1 of the beds, others no better.
Extra blankets. Obviously not cleaned between use.
The state of 1 of the doonas. So thin, old and dirty.
Another doona. I couldn't bring myself to use it. Obviously people don't bring or use covers.

Perfect yet again

Such a clean comfortable property. The property manager was amazing to deal with when there was a small sewer issue which was fixed promptly. Comfy beds and every year the owners just do the right little tweaks to maintain the property.
