"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"3 generations of family met at this property for a family reunion. My parents loved the apartment area, and the rest of us were in the main house. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view.
