“This review is kind of skewed, since originally I was supposed to be here, but at the last minute, the air conditioner went out. The host graciously (what i called a huge upgrade), upgraded me to a different vacation home.
They definitely went above and beyond with the handling of the last minute situation.
I was able to get in sooner than originally discussed.
I will definitely hopefully rent this vacation home again from them”
