“Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout ”

“We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay.
The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want.
The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent.
Check in was so easy.
I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left.
Highly recommend.”

“Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it.
The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. The pillows were extremely thin, and even folding them offered little support. We also……
